We have worked on Two Major projects with AC, it is been a while but there are no issues with the product they provided. Also, when there is a need they jump in immediately to address the issue. They provide the best service. Support Response is Five Star.

Pros

The Team is ProActive in everything they do. Understanding the needs to designing the scope they walk Hand in Hand.

Cons

Nothing to point out. They will be clear at the beginning about the agreement and what they offer. We did not experience any issues in 2 implementations that we worked with the team.
