Also it allows system administrator to easily configure printer server even if you are using another company's printer, without any problem. Cons At a few occasions, the format of the printout that I performed uding HP Print OS was completely different than what it showed me in the print priview. Also you can que and classify your private documents separately in it, if you are using a shared office setup, so that others don't see them. Apart from these, you can acces HP store through it to order cartridges or other printing accessories.
