The customer service has been great - answering my many questions, helping with set up and teaching me how to use the program. Checklick has been easy to use by myself and the customers. It has made my job so much easier and streamlined our systems. Cons I had a few problems with the Stripe payment set up because they used different language than most banks that I have dealt with in terms of account number, institution and branch number but once we got that sorted out all has been well. It is very easy to set up from an admin perspective and makes the reporting to Ontario Sailing seemless. Pros Easy for users to understand. Central location for transaction history and evaluations. Cons It would be helpful to have the date of the program inside the "thanks for registering" email, instead of soley as an attachment in the form of a receipt. Parents often forget which session they registered - but they don't open the email attchment. Would love to see a maximum participation age as an option for programs. I know the instructors would love to see an action where they could download all participant certificates and achievment checklists for all the participants who received their level in a session - rather than individually. I guess these really are not cons, but feature improvement requests. Would love if a second/different email could be added to the receipts. Some of our programs this year have become oversubscribed. It took 2 years with the system until we had more than 95% of our existing members converted from cash and cheques at the clubhouse or in the mail. Our registrar and treasurer volunteers have reduced their man hours considerable now that they only need to click a button to generate a report and reconcile the bank account. Also made it easier for us to find vital contact information when needed from one login. Pros This has streamlined our annual membership renewals and increased our # of new members thanks to the ease of registering. Saves hours of volunteer time and eliminates lost registrations and errors in collection and deposits. Cons Whats not to like? it did everything it said it would do. My main concern is that we work with summer staff that is often new every year. That means that training starts from scratch every year. If the user interface has a clear help section, that would help a lot. At the moment it is still sketchy. We are very appreciative to have access to this extremely helpful utility. Pros There are so many features that we love about this product! It helps us register and keep track of our clients. We can check purchases, create attendance sheets, easily transfer students to another session, and, when needed, issue refunds. Cloning Products and SKUs in the online store is very easy and helps replicate our classes from year to year. It is also easy to customize. This product is multi-faceted. Additionally, the Customer Service is always superior, and they listen to ideas for improvement. Cons Very rarely, but it happens, there is a small glitch that can occur in the software, but when we report it, Customer Service is at the ready to respond. We feel fortunate to have had personalized attention in setting up our site and customizing it to our needs, and that attention has carried over to support for any issues that have cropped up over time. The support team is quick to respond and generally very fast in resolving any issues. Pros Customer support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team is always helpful and more importantly, prompt. The integration of registration, checklists and certificate creation is great. I also really like the waitlist feature. It made it so much easier to keep our classes full especially during COVID. Cons I would really like to see some customizable options for creating specific reports and accessing information.
