Très bonne expérience globalement, avec un produit "tout terrain" qui s'adapte à nos souhaits et non le contraire ! Si l'on rajoute une équipe à l'écoute et accompagnante, l'équation est simple !

Pros

Ergonomie et intuitivité pour le paramétrage de la solution et les évolutions que nous souhaitons porter. Nous sommes totalement en autonomie. Facilité d'utilisation, l'ensemble des équipes sont en capacité de manier de façon simple le produit. La vision 360 des différents rendez-vous est confortable pour un suivi managérial.

Cons

Malgré une volonté de faire évoluer et adapter le logiciel à nos pratiques et notre structure, il reste une limite sur la gestion des rdv des équipes de la régie, mais c'est un écueil lié à notre propre fonctionnement et à notre volonté de dévoyer l'utilisation !

Très satisfait pour la facilité d'utilisation et du gain de productivité que cela nous a fait gagner en évitant des appels sortants inutiles.

Pros

Je suis complètement autonome pour créer mes RDV et changer les wording. Le formulaire est paramétrable avec beaucoup de choix et les options (exemple les communications envoyées aux clients) sont paramétrables par RDV. La prise en main pour les agents est facile.

Cons

Pas vraiment d'inconvénients car l'équipe est à l'écoute et très réactive soit pour corriger les bugs soit pour implémenter de nouvelles fonctions suite à nos demandes.
