We sent out a few small targeted & customized sequences, booked 10+ meetings, and closed 2 new deals. That's a 20% close rate! Pros I like the clean interface and the visual sequencing. Also love that I can do LinkedIn connection invites, LinkedIn messages, and emails all in one sequence. The contact information is also super accurate because of their waterfall data enrichment approach, which is the main reason why I switched to Genesy. Cons It took me a while to figure out how to set up and filter the columns in my lists, but their support team is super responsive and immediately helped me out. I like that they also offer an AI sales agent built in which keeps the conversation going while we focus on high-value tasks. In less than 4 weeks we closed 4 new partners! Pros The tool offers lead enrichement, qualification, and outreach all in one place. Cons It takes a while to understand how the tool works but their customer support team was super helpful and made it easy for us to find our way around the tool. It allows contacting many profiles at the same time in much less time than manually. In addition, AI support is crucial to create personalised messages or clean listings among other functions. Furthermore, the support service is very efficient. In short, it is an agile and useful tool for those of us who are salespeople. Cons Several times I had problems with some functionalities because a button had been removed or a table or database was not loading, but lately nothing like this has happened to me. However, they have been fixed almost immediately thanks to the support team and the technicians.
