"20% close rate with high-quality contacts"

Overall: It's been a game-changer for me and my team. We sent out a few small targeted & customized sequences, booked 10+ meetings, and closed 2 new deals. That's a 20% close rate!

Pros: I like the clean interface and the visual sequencing. Also love that I can do LinkedIn connection invites, LinkedIn messages, and emails all in one sequence. The contact information is also super accurate because of their waterfall data enrichment approach, which is the main reason why I switched to Genesy.

Cons: It took me a while to figure out how to set up and filter the columns in my lists, but their support team is super responsive and immediately helped me out.

Reasons for Switching to Genesy AI: Genesy is simply easier to use, cheaper, and way more accurate than the previous tools I tried.

"Best Clay Alternative"

Overall: We were able to generate way more leads in a matter of weeks. I like that they also offer an AI sales agent built in which keeps the conversation going while we focus on high-value tasks. In less than 4 weeks we closed 4 new partners!

Pros: The tool offers lead enrichement, qualification, and outreach all in one place.

Cons: It takes a while to understand how the tool works but their customer support team was super helpful and made it easy for us to find our way around the tool.

Switched From: Clay
Reasons for Switching to Genesy AI: We didn't want to use 2 tools (Clay and Apollo) when we could just have everything offered in one place by Genesy. Clay didn't offer outreach.

Cons: - Volume of bugs, sometimes in the integration with Hubspot

"Genesy AI has been a very useful tool"

Pros: This tool has been very useful in generating customer databases. It allows contacting many profiles at the same time in much less time than manually. In addition, AI support is crucial to create personalised messages or clean listings among other functions. Furthermore, the support service is very efficient. In short, it is an agile and useful tool for those of us who are salespeople.

Cons: Several times I had problems with some functionalities because a button had been removed or a table or database was not loading, but lately nothing like this has happened to me. However, they have been fixed almost immediately thanks to the support team and the technicians.

"a unique tool for lead generation"

Overall: good and convenient, I can do my daily research and impact work very easily

Pros: you can do your daily lead research scrapping and impacting from the same place

Cons: nothing at all for the moment, they evolve the tool very fast

"Great LinkedIn prospecting tool"

Overall: I've been using Genesy for almost a year and I'm very happy with it.

Pros: Easy to use and helped me book lots of meetings with all the functionalities they have.

Cons: Not 100% useful for all industries, but if your prospects are on LinkedIn, this is your tool.

"Possitive experience with Genesy"

Overall: The set up was easy to implement for a period of a few weeks. We integrated with Salesforce what gave us a very accurate customization for the Team. The conversion rates are promised for Genesy and the customer support is quite effective.

"Powerful outbound tool for SaaS businesses "

Overall: My team and I have been using Genesy AI for a couple of months. In that time, we have managed to acquire several new clients and reached many leads that we would otherwise not been able to. This product massively expands your sales reach and funnel without losing your sales enablement quality.

Pros: - Intuitive and straightforward setup - Full team enablement - Powerful lead sourcing network - Gained many leads and landed several new customers

Cons: This is a new product and so it will take some time for it to be perfected. However, their customer support is very helpful in assisting with any issues.

"Just get it and see for yourself"

Pros: Amazing tool that should be part of every company's tech stack!

"Automation that saves invaluable time"

Pros: It's simple to use but packs quite the punch in terms of data enrichment and AI automation.

Cons: I haven't experienced any issues or limitations with it.

"Generación de leads centralizada y más rápida. Todo integrado con el CRM."

Overall: Excelente. El onboarding en mi caso con Carlota fue excelente y el producto cumple con lo que vende y los resultado se ven en poco tiempo.

Pros: Integración nativa en con el crm de toda la actividad y consolidación de todo el proceso de outbound en una sola plataforma.

Cons: La secuencias no deberían ser lineales. Están en ello.

"Improved conversion in Outbound."

Overall: Helped us improve our outbound conversion by giving better quality information about each lead.

Pros: Easy to structure outbound funnel, enrich leads and contact them.

Cons: At the begin the connection with Linkedin would always logoff but the issue has been solved.

"Great experience with B2B industrial customers."

Overall: Our experience is quite good, we have increased our pipeline with customers we never believed we could reach so fast.

Pros: The fluent workflow for prospecting B2B customers.

Cons: The list management. Also it could be better in scraping from LinkedIn. Email scraping does not work, we do it on our own with AI variables.
