They're not trying to expand us to new verticals or features, but instead helping us get the most out of the system and really working with us to create a great experience. Pros They prioritise the right thing - the member's interface. It's slick and efficient, and looks really professional, which gives us confidence in sending it out. Our members love it, truly! So far, there have also been no glitches or bugs that we've had to follow up on too. We've found the customer support fantastic. Cons It's pricey! We think it's worth it, but I'd love to see more features / options under this price - e.g. Orbiit in Slack, or a broader range of integration abilities. For example, our membership changes weekly, and we have to keep uploading our data - would love to have integrations available that remove the need for this. Pros The quality of matches was sublime, and I loved the prompts and platform’s ease of use. Plus their customer support was exceptional! Cons Platform could have used some more modern design and better UI, but it generally did the job.
