La legislazione in merito è molto vincolante e la gestione è complessa e spesso carente o ridondante. Con Certiblok abbiamo risolto le maggiori difficoltà e adesso il processo è molto più fluido e immediato. Il supporto tecnico da parte del Team di Certiblok è sempre garantito da persone competenti e in grado di risolvere qualsiasi difficoltà, prestano davvero molta attenzione ai loro clienti. Pros La piattaforma presenta un'ottima interfaccia che ne garantisce un'immediata facilità di utilizzo. Questo permette una condivisione rapida ed efficace dei documenti. Ci fa piacere informarla che la nostra piattaforma è disponibile in formato web app, utilizzabile da qualsiasi dispositivo (inclusi smartphone e tablet) con funzionalità del tutto equivalenti a quelle di un’app tradizionale.   Abbiamo scelto questa soluzione proprio per garantire maggior stabilità e aggiornamenti continui: con la web app, ogni miglioramento o nuova funzionalità viene reso disponibile immediatamente e senza bisogno di aggiornare manualmente l’app, evitando così qualsiasi interruzione o malfunzionamento per l’utente. Le prime impressioni sono molto positive. Ora attendiamo con interesse anche il riscontro da parte dei nostri clienti, che potranno darci un’ulteriore conferma sull’efficacia della piattaforma nel rapporto esterno. Pros La condivisione dei file con i clienti tramite Certiblok è stata notevolmente migliorata, grazie alla possibilità di invio automatico dei documenti a ogni aggiornamento. Anche il caricamento dei file risulta ora chiaro e intuitivo. Particolarmente apprezzata è la possibilità di un contatto diretto con il team informatico, sempre disponibile ad accogliere suggerimenti e richieste. Le nostre esigenze sono state ascoltate con attenzione e il servizio è stato implementato di conseguenza, migliorando l’esperienza d’uso. Cons Unico aspetto migliorabile rilevato in circa sei mesi di utilizzo riguarda l'aggiunta dei TAG ai file, che al momento avviene in modo manuale e può rallentare leggermente il flusso di lavoro. Un sistema di suggerimento o autocompletamento dei TAG potrebbe rendere il processo ancora più efficiente. Dovevamo inviare la documentazione via email. Con Certiblok, tutto è cambiato. Ogni documento ha una sua "carta d'identità" che indica chiaramente il proprietario, la versione e le condivisioni attive. Questo mi garantisce che i documenti che ricevo e invio siano sempre l'ultima versione e che non ci siano dubbi sulla loro autenticità. Un'altra sfida importante per ParaMedica.it è la gestione e il monitoraggio costante dei documenti e degli attestati di aggiornamento professionale del nostro vasto team di infermieri, fisioterapisti e operatori socio-sanitari. Ogni professionista ha scadenze diverse per corsi di aggiornamento, certificazioni BLSD, attestati ECM e altri requisiti formativi. Pros Da quando ho iniziato a usare Certiblok, la gestione dei miei documenti è cambiata completamente. Finalmente riesco a tenere tutto organizzato senza stress: ogni file è sempre aggiornato e al posto giusto. La cosa che adoro di più è che non devo più preoccuparmi di versioni vecchie o scadenze dimenticate. Ogni volta che un documento viene modificato, ricevo subito una notifica, e questo ha semplificato tantissimo il lavoro in team. Cons Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, direi che l'interfaccia potrebbe risultare un po' complessa per chi lo usa per la prima volta. Ci sono tantissime funzionalità (tutte utilissime, per carità!) e serve un minimo di tempo per abituarsi a sfruttarle al meglio.
