My overall experience with AsyncInterview is good. It makes the hiring process easier and saves a lot of time.

Pros

I like AsyncInterview because of its flexible scheduling feature. I also like its default roles and interview questions associated with that and the trail feature with 5 interviews as free.

Cons

I feel that there is a gap between real-time interaction and automated interviews.

My experience with Async Interview has been good it is an excellent tool for candidates who want to showcase themselves thoughtfully without the stress of live interview I recommend it to anyone who is going through the interview process.

Pros

I like the interface the most because it is very easy to use and intuitive which has made my experience great from the beginning. I would also say that it is flexible because candidates can record responses whenever it is convenient for them which eases the pressure of in person interviews and the tool promotes teamwork by enabling my colleagues to leave comments on candidate responses.

Cons

There are few technical issues that need to be fixed like issues with video playback and uploading questions and I believe because the platform is asynchronous decisions and feedback may take longer
