The Swivl team understands the challenges of running a service company. Their solution provides insights into my jobs leading to better service and customer satisfaction.

Pros

One of the challenges in my business is managing teams throughout a large geographical footprint. Swivl makes it easy to manage install teams and to get updates on jobs in real time. Swivl is a real asset to my organization.

Cons

I would like to have Swivl integrate with accounting platforms other than Quicbooks online. Swivl has limited payment processing options.

My experience with Super Bowl has been awesome. Helps me track everything I need. I went from a couple different software’s to just one. Game changer for my business.

Pros

The ability to see everything in one place. Makes running my business from day-to-day super easy and efficient.

Cons

Currently can’t find anything wrong. Something take a little while to get used to or understand where to find it but that’s what every system I’ve ever used. This is still much easier.

We’ve been using Swivl in our construction operations while managing up to a dozen active projects at a time, and their support has been a big part of why it’s worked well for us. Any time we’ve had questions or needed help, their team has been responsive and actually helpful — not just sending generic answers, but taking the time to understand what we’re trying to do and getting us to a solution quickly. In this line of work, delays and confusion cost real money, so having a platform with solid support behind it makes a noticeable difference day to day. It’s been a reliable tool for helping us stay organized and keep projects moving.

Pros

Strong customer support — responsive and actually helpful when issues come up • Easy to use — quick for teams to learn and implement without a lot of training • Good value for money — combines multiple tools (CRM, invoicing, tracking) into one platform

Cons

May be better suited for straightforward workflows, as more complex multi-trade or detailed job costing setups may require additional systems as you grow
