Wir werden die ersten produktiven Prozesse Anfang 2025 erstellen und da die ersten Erfahrungen sammeln.

Pros

Ich habe bereits Formulare mit decs.forms und Prozesse über den flow manager erstellt und finde das Prozessstudio im Vergleich deutlich benutzerfreundlicher.

Cons

Das es derzeit noch keine Ereignisse gibt, über die ich die Prozesse starten kann. Habe aber bereits gesehen, dass dieses Feature nachgereicht wird.

Bisher konnten wir so fast alles umsetzen was wir wollten. Anfangs gab es noch deutlich mehr Probleme damit als jetzt. Eine Verbesserung des Produkts ist merkbar aber es fehlt auch noch so einiges. Wobei wir da guter Hoffnung sind das da noch einiges kommt.

Pros

Das man eigentlich so ziemlich alles ermöglichen kann, was man sich so überlegt.

Cons

Fehlendes Versionierungssystem Keine Möglichkeit zur Ordnung/Sortierung von Skripten Das nach dem speichern eines Skripts nach oben gescrollt wird.

Ich befinde mich erst am Anfang aber es gibt erkennbare Fortschritte.

Pros

Eigene Gestaltung der Prozesse ist möglich. Eine Steigerung des Automatisierungsgrades ist das Ziel.

Cons

Es ist noch nicht auf dem Niveau "Citizen-Developer". Viele Einstellungen sind wenig intuitiv und die notwendigen Angaben sind wenig nachvollziehbar.

Grundsätzlich habe ich gute Erfahren gemacht, da das Produkt sehr vielseitig ist.

Pros

Einsatzmöglichkeit auch ohne dvelop documents

Cons

Am process studio gefällt mir das Fehlerhandling nicht so gut. Wenn ein Workflow nicht funktioniert, ist es es schwer zu sehen, wo der Fehler liegt.
