"Handoff for Better Estimates "

**Overall:** I’ve used it to estimate our deck and ADU (additional dwelling unit) projects and it has given us better expectations with organizing the work and planning.

**Pros:** The app understands most of the specific details to give detailed material estimates and itemizes everything for me to create a project plan.

**Cons:** Sometime the app doesn’t understand the real cost of labor actually needed to do the work and the permitting / code requirements for my state. Overall I can put that in myself.

"Like the app"

**Overall:** It’s been good and a big time saver. Like the detail.

**Pros:** I really like the speak to text and they way it subtotals each category.

**Cons:** It seems that it is clunky and asks questions but doesn’t allow to answer before it starts to create the estimate.
