One of the special advantages is that sponsors are acknowledged in the auction catalog, which is great.

Pros

Many features that other platforms do not provide are included in this software, and their support service is excellent.

Cons

Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the various ways to sell our event using the program was challenging.

We had a concept which we shared and Geomotiv made it a reality. We are happy with the result. This is the third development which Geomotiv has assisted us with, and we expect to contract additional development with them in the future.

Pros

Geomotiv is responsive, fast, creative, affordable. As with any new development, the initial vision evolved and there were changes along the way. Thankfully, Geomotiv was accommodating throughout, often providing helpful solutions and insights. This is a great team which is highly recommended.

Cons

We haven't experienced any cons with Geomotiv.

We had many projects that were not moving anywhere before we got Geomotiv as our MSP. They are getting us up to speed with cyber security, asset management, and over helpdesk support.

Pros

Geomotiv's fast response to tickets and projects set them apart from the rest in terms of MSP companies. I have worked with many MSP companies that fail with deliverables and projects. We have never had a late project thanks to the level of speed Geomotiv provides to our company.

Cons

There is nothing that I have noticed so far.

The technical acumen of Geomotiv’s team is commendable. They leverage agile methodologies effectively, ensuring timely updates and transparent workflows. Their scalable solutions have greatly improved our operational efficiency.

Cons

The onboarding process could be smoother. It took some time for the team to fully align with our internal workflows, but they quickly caught up after the initial phase.
