We’ve been using Intelswift for about six months, and it has helped our team manage customer conversations more efficiently. The conversational AI features are useful for handling repetitive inquiries and keeping communication organized across different channels. It has also helped reduce some of the manual follow-up work for our support team. The customer support team has been responsive whenever we needed assistance, which made the experience smoother overall. While there was some setup involved at the beginning, the platform has worked well for our workflow needs.

It has cut down my manual oversight and let us scale our client conversations without needing to hire more staff. It’s a solid, practical tool for any small firm in a high-stakes industry. One last check before you post:

Pros

As the Managing Director at a banking industry, priority is keeping our banking clients happy while scaling our business. We use Intelswift as our primary Conversational AI Platform to handle all our incoming inquiries. The Unified Inbox is a huge win for me personally; it finally pulled our WhatsApp and email threads into one screen. We also use the AI Copilot daily, it suggests professional replies based on our specific financial protocols, so we always sound like an established institution even though we’re a smaller team.

Cons

The only thing that bugs at Intelswift is the mobile experience for managers. The desktop version is great.
