Excellent customer service is exceptional. Very positive support staff.

Pros

The workflow mapping. The plan review portion has made my life a lot easier and saved me a lot of time. Very user friendly interface, readily available support.

Cons

In the code enforcement module, the inability to add violation pic to the mailer. Also the inability to switch/re-assign different inspectors.

Very positive and supportive staff. They assign a project manager to you when you sign up and they pursue scheduling the meetings and make sure that running items and issues are continuously addressed and monitored. The program has actually changed the way we do business and we have only been active in it since January 1, 2025. Eustis did start working on the implementation back in October 1, 2024.

Pros

The customer support is incredible. Even if they can't fix an issue quickly, they stay in contact and communicate the process as it goes. The customization of the program is quite unique and the built-in reporting and work flows are well defined and easily managed.

Cons

Some of the search and queries that we would like to run are not possible at this time, but they are working on the challenge and I have no worries that it will not be addressed.
