We are fine and feel safe! Integrating processes and systems boosts efficiency and minimizes risks in international supply chains. This is particularly important when it comes to denied party screening, as it directly supports our company’s security. AEB’s compliance screening offers a wide range of integration options with ERP and CRM systems and ensures a seamless flow of data

Pros

Support, function, workflow... all good. easy to use. modern browser-based interface. They've also always responded very quickly to issues with access management

Cons

We still miss some kind of “bad guy” list, for example, to categorize or flag recurring hits on the EL, not relevant for our business.... as no US-touch. Also the the interface with proAlpha is not bidirectional available... not user-freindly.

Die Lösung nutzen wird seit Beginn der Anforderung der Sanktionslistenprüfung in On premise Umfeld und wurde vor einem Jahr auf die Cloud Lösung umgestellt. Keine Störungen und immer aktuelle Listen im Zugriff.

Pros

Einfach zu handhabende Lösung, die alle unsere Anforderungen zur Prüfung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten abdeckt. Anwendung arbeitet sowohl im ERP Umfeld mit Standard User-Exists, API Zugriffen aus C4C, direkte Datei- und Adressprüfungen in der Cloud als auch mit der S/4 Public Cloud Lösung. Die Anbindung an Dow Jones wird auch mit viel interner Expertise angeboten.

Als Administrator habe ich nur wenig mit den Funktionen der Software zu tun. Ich schicke die Umfrage daher an die Kollegen vom Fachbereich weiter

Pros

Moderne Bedienung in der Browseroberfläche, keine lokale Installation, vielfältige Möglichkeiten, umfangreiche Hilfefunktionen, unterschiedliche Profile, automatische Benachrichtigungen, gute Auswertungsmöglichkeiten.

Cons

Bei manueller Bearbeitung erfolgt keine Rückmeldung ans ERP-System, manche Funktionen sind sehr versteckt und schwer zu finden. Hilfe beschreibt teilweise andere Menüpunkte, die der eingesetzten Version nicht entsprechen.
