Cons The only aspect of Curri that I find challenging is the billing process. They send multiple billing emails every day, and it becomes difficult to manage the steady stream of messages while keeping our records organized. Reviewing and reconciling each invoice individually adds unnecessary administrative work and clutters our inbox. A weekly consolidated billing option would be much more efficient and far easier to track. Having everything grouped into a single summary would save time, reduce errors, and align better with how many businesses handle their accounting. The parts get picked up and my customer gets their parts. Pros Every time I set up a Curri pickup, A driver is always assigned to me quickly. The driver picks up the order promptly as well. Cons Have nothing bad to say about Curri at this time. I am satisfied with the service I get at every level. Pros The ability to pick the automobile size, being able to track the load while it's moving, and seeing who your driver will be before they arrive for pick up. There have been a few situations where there have been opportunities to drop the ball and the customer service operators have went above and beyond to make the delivery successful. Pros I like how prompt the drivers are and how helpful the customer service operators are. I like the tracking feature as well. Cons The only thing that I feel could use some improvement is to be able to specify if the delivery needs to be made without any additional stops. Pictures help identify the condition of the materials & approximate setting where the delivery was made. Cons Can't think of any issues at this time. I've had good success using the on-line scheduling processes. Cons i had troubles with the multiple stop deliveries and getting accurate photos of everything, as well as getting drivers who i can give instructions to without a language barrier.
