Curri has consistently delivered exceptional service for our company. The platform is extremely easy to use, allowing us to schedule deliveries quickly and track everything in real time. Customer service is truly top-notch; any time we have a question or need support, the Curri team responds promptly and with a helpful attitude. Cons

The only aspect of Curri that I find challenging is the billing process. They send multiple billing emails every day, and it becomes difficult to manage the steady stream of messages while keeping our records organized. Reviewing and reconciling each invoice individually adds unnecessary administrative work and clutters our inbox. A weekly consolidated billing option would be much more efficient and far easier to track. Having everything grouped into a single summary would save time, reduce errors, and align better with how many businesses handle their accounting. Improving this process would substantially enhance the overall Curri experience.

Pros

Ease of booking deliveries and the updates on when the delivery was completed is what I like best.

Cons

In my experience so far I have not had issues. The sales team responds to my questions when I have them.

the curri experience is up and down. Some days you get great drivers that pick up and head right to delivery. other days your driver goes and has a 2-hour lunch at applebees in the middle of the delivery(yes this happened)

Pros

the curri platform is very intuitive and allows you to put a good amount of necessary details about the delivery

Cons

\-unreliable drivers -long booking times -tracking issues - expensive for how unreliable it is - would like more data on the amount of drivers signed up for curri in our area. if its a low service area then curri might not be the best for our business

I do not have to worry about my customer if I schedule Curri pickups. The parts get picked up and my customer gets their parts.

Pros

Every time I set up a Curri pickup, A driver is always assigned to me quickly. The driver picks up the order promptly as well.

Cons

Have nothing bad to say about Curri at this time. I am satisfied with the service I get at every level.

Pros

Has been easy to use for me and my team, deliveries are assigned quickly, and any issues that have come up have been dealt with quickly.

Cons

Don't have a lot of negatives. We had one bad delivery and it was taken care of quickly by customer service.

Curri was introduced to NCBP almost a year ago and we have been rocking and rolling ever since. We really do love this platform to help with smaller LTL shipments!

Pros

How fast the drivers are assigned for pick ups! Customer support is always great with answering & solving questions

Cons

Hazmat can be an issue sometimes but other than that Curri is great! Curri has been a great support staff for NCBP so were very happy!

Great experience so far, overall very easy to use with booking and tracking drivers. If there is an issue, they have jumped on them and helped resolve asap. Would recommend to any business (big or small) and to any driver looking for another avenue to add work.

Pros

Easy to use, customer service and account reps very helpful. We utilize this service multiple times a day. Great with setting up preferred drivers for scheduled deliveries and future coverage help as needed.

Cons

Sometimes there is a longer wait depending on time of day and size of order, this is expected. Nothing other than that.

The software and website are easy to use. Everyone that I have been involved with has been extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. Our regular route drivers are OUTSTANDING and have been a wonderful addition to our company!!

cost effective, easy to use and quick response times. Highly recommend using curri for quick turn around on delivery when needed

box trucks can vary in different sizes and does not appear that the specs that we put in always translate to the right size truck showing up

Overall, I am very pleased with Curri. Their customer service team is always quick to help, and using the app is a piece of cake.

Pros

The ability to pick the automobile size, being able to track the load while it's moving, and seeing who your driver will be before they arrive for pick up.

Cons

Drivers accepting a load, then dropping it after a while, causing us to lose time. Sometimes drivers show up in the incorrect vehicle for the load size.

Pros

You can quickly submit an order, very easy to use. They are fast to deliver the material, and very convenient when you are busy!

Cons

I believe the drivers could update the tracking a little faster. It works for most of the time, however when you are one a time crunch it is important to know where your order is.

Each time I use Curri, I am pleasantly surprised. There have been a few situations where there have been opportunities to drop the ball and the customer service operators have went above and beyond to make the delivery successful.

Pros

I like how prompt the drivers are and how helpful the customer service operators are. I like the tracking feature as well.

Cons

The only thing that I feel could use some improvement is to be able to specify if the delivery needs to be made without any additional stops. There have been a few orders that were delayed due to "extra stops" made by the driver.

I've enjoyed using the on-line set up, auto email confirmation that my delivery is scheduled and auto email of my proof of delivery. I wish all delivery companies would be this efficient.

Pros

Ease of scheduling & pictures once the order has been delivered. Pictures help identify the condition of the materials & approximate setting where the delivery was made.

Cons

Can't think of any issues at this time. I've had good success using the on-line scheduling processes.

it was good an efficient while we needed it and it was easy to schedule multiple deliveries and there were minimal issues

Pros

that I can get a delivery set up quickly and find someone to take the delivery just as fast and that i get photos of the deliveries.

Cons

i had troubles with the multiple stop deliveries and getting accurate photos of everything, as well as getting drivers who i can give instructions to without a language barrier.

Sometimes trucks do not arrive at the time they are supposed to. This puts at risk the operations and the ETAs.

Pros

The promptness from its drivers and ability to match quickly. I love that it's nationwide and can work for anywhere in the country.

Cons

When an order changes while it's being carried out, it can be challenging to add a stop. Sometimes finding a driver an also be a little challenging but Curri never doubts to match.

Overall experience with Curri has been great and I recommend them. A lot of my deliveries are last minute and they have always been on point to be able to find a driver to make those deliveries happen.

Pros

I like the convenience of using Curri as I can schedule last-minute deliveries as needed. their customer service has been great as well.

Cons

sometimes the pricing is a bit high. It would also be great to have an option where we can request the drivers to load and unload the products.

ON TIME WITH DELIVERIES. THEY WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY. i RECOMMEND CURRI TO ANY ONE IN THE LOGISTICS FIELD.

LANGUAGE BARRIER. THE DRIVER THAT CAME DID NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLSIH AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO MAKE SURE HE UNDERSTOOD.
