It has been a privilege to work with such a skilled team over at Weal, they are well versed in all areas they need to be. They also, have no problem digging deeper into an issue, I found them to be very solution focused which I enjoy. It made it very easy to collaborate on exactly what our set up needed. They also bring a wealth of knowledge which was extremely helpful, to be able to have conversations that move the project forward by having back and forth conversations on what has worked in other set ups, just truly a great team to work with and it shows up in the end result. I would rate my experience with Weal as perfect.

Pros

The value add for our company was insane! What the Weal team has already thought of and built into the system saves my team so much time. Working with the Weal team was simple, efficient and well directed. The team was able to get more out of our end system because they were able to direct me down the correct path, vs me always having to tell a partner what I need. The system they build is easy to use, saves hours and was simple for our entire team to learn quickly. Honestly, I liked everything about the end result, the team I dealt with and the overall customer service.

Cons

I honestly don't have much to say that would be considered a con about Weal. It has been super easy to learn, implement and build with the Weal team. Zero stress, all results. Nothing negative to say at all.

The product we had before was not up to standards, cost to much, they always said they would fix an issue or implement a new feature/update and it never got done. It was a giant waste of money and it was what pushed us over the edge to find a better solution.

Reasons for choosing Weal

Weal was the only team that actually listened and made my concerns seem real and that they can fix it. No excuses, no insane costs, they just listened and then built me the perfect system based on my needs. I would select them every time, they were the correct choice. I see what other folks had built for $30-$50k and it is garbage compared to Weal. I couldn't be happier with the overall sales process through launch and beyond to post launch. The customer service, the ability to identify problems before they occur, was top notch and another reason why we selected Weal.
