Between the tracking ease-of-use and the SLE commitment by Earthwave, it's well worth any small grievances. Pros FleetWatcher's tracking software is easy to use and the real time monitoring is to the minute accurate. Also, the folks at Earthwave are friendly, knowledgeable, and always accessible. Cons The site navigation leaves a lot to be desired, to be honest. It was never great and since their latest version rollout it's even muddier. Luckily, there is a "favorites" option so I personally bookmark the various modules I utilize on the regular.
