Working with everyone at Wylie was a pleasure, from setup to follow through. The staff likes the instant Chat to get the answers they need quickly.

Pros

The Wylie software is light-years ahead of the competition in the weight loss industry. There was a feature we needed that would give us total sales by patient that made sense to the team at Wylie. It's in development now.

Cons

We haven't had any issues with the software and they have an aggressive roll-out plan for new features we didn't know we needed.

The biggest reason was the creation of the patient plans. We have four-, eight--, twelve--, and 24-week plans that we set up with products and services. The patients can pay upfront for the plan, and then we dispense the products weekly. Amazingly, this is easily handled within the system. Each week, the products and services the patient is due are reduced from inventory. It's very powerful.

I've worked with this company for the past six years and the support I have received from this company for these past six years has been Spot On. Support / help has been Top-Tier in that we've received easy to understand email answers to my questions even after hours and on weekends. The product itself has been helpful to the extent that going forward I can't imagine wanting to manage an Ideal Protein weight-loss facility without it. My regret is that this service was not available to us back in the early Ideal Protein years so that my database could extend back that far. I will add that with this product, you own the data forever and that it's easy to download your data into spreadsheet format. Alan Sinner, DC

My overall experience with the team at Wylie has been a positive one. They are very quick to respond to any issues we might be having. And they are very innovative. I recently asked them to fix something in the back office which took them over 12 to 15 hours to fix, but they did that without charging any more money. I was very impressed by that

Pros

The Wiley team, especially Will are very attentive to any needs that our Clinic might have.

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say about the system or the team.

This is a simple and easy to use system. The support team is top notch and always quick to respond.

The treatment charting does not fit 100% of our needs.

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate for the most part. It is also easily customizable to what you need/use.

Any questions I've ever had have always been easily answered by someone at the 888 number .

Pros

User friendly. Lot's of data points. Visually simple to view schedule. Love that you can view it from anywhere.

Not being able to move resource columns when new ones are created.

Overall very easy to use but has small issues.

Pros

Easy Scheduling, intuitive UI. Easy POS system

Cons

The inability to change the order of scheduling columns is very inconvenient. It's time consuming to delete each column then add new columns in the order you prefer. Also the force close issues when searching the client database when scheduling an appointment have been very inconvenient and time consuming.

Wylie has an amazing product that has made things so much easier for me and my business and I cannot say enough good things about \[sensitive content hidden\] and the entire team at Wylie. Exceptional customer service is almost non-existant these days but thankfully that's not the case at Wylie. They still take pride in helping their clients be successful!

Pros

Their customer support is top notch! If I have an issue or don't know how to find a report in the program, I can speak to someone that will help me within seconds. The software works beautifully for my needs and they are always adding new features and listening to what their customers need.

Cons

That they aren't able to add features that I ask for within minutes of me making the request. 😁

I have worked in the Wylie System since 2017. I initially started with this platform to keep all of my business activities in one place – scheduling, CRM, inventory, sales, etc. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with many on the Wylie Systems team. They are always highly responsive, open to feedback, happy to help with questions when I can’t figure something out or get curious about additional system capabilities. I also really value the fact that they feel like a true partner, not just a service provider. When I have identified potential enhancements in the platform that would make my life easier, they have listened, talked with me about it, and if we agreed the idea makes sense, they have created what I needed. The monthly cost is incredibly reasonable and I also run our credit card transactions through their platform. I highly recommend considering the Wylie System if you are looking for a one-stop-shop to manage your business.

Pros

I like that everything I need to do to manage and run my business is in the Wylie System.

Cons

I really must think about this one because there isn't a "con" that comes right to mind. I used to be able to print my daily schedule to make notes but this view doesn't print like it used to and I had to come up with an alternative solution. Not a big deal by any stretch of the imagination.
