We also use it for one on one discussions. Pros It is a great way to have a virtual office for remote workers. It is great to see who is present and we are able to have team meetings very easily. Cons It sometimes slows down my computer. Many other people in our company have also complained that it slows down their computer. Cons There's not much to not like about Gather, my only qualm would likely be that the program utilizes a fair chunk of memory RAM on the computer.
