My overall experience with Heffl has been very rewarding. When I first got it, I was trying to connect my email to my Heffl account, but I had a problem with it. I contacted support, and the \[sensitive content hidden\], took care of it! Ever since, everything has been running nicely and if I ever need something else, I know I can easily troubleshoot it with them. I really have been blown away by level of detail, quality and functionality of Heffl. It just all makes sense! I honestly can't see myself using any other platform any more. And I have tried and purchased so many CRMs in the past... I truly believe that this is the best and most complete CRM that goes beyond being just a mere CRM! I'm so impressed by Heffl that I felt compelled to share my story with the world, so that other business owners know about this amazing application that can solve so many problems for their business operations, automate what can be automate and streamlined other process to give you more freedom to focus on growing your business and not drowning on work.

I can't rave enough about Heffl! Right off the bat, its clean and intuitive interface makes my life so much easier. Navigating the platform feels like a breath of fresh air, and the wealth of features really keeps my business running smoothly. The best part? I don't think there is anything I don't like about Heffl. However, I know in the beginning it may seem a bit daunting as you have this super packed tool that does so much for you, and maybe you don't know where to start because let's be honest, you'd probably want to explore it all at once like I did! My suggestion is to experience it as you would like to, with an open mind, then start doing the tutorials and understanding what does what, so you know how to manipulate and customize Heffl to your business' needs!

I chose Heffl because it offered everything under one single platform and it works seamlessly with all my business processes. The interface like I mentioned, it's really intuitive. My overall experience is very good, and so far it has exceeded my expectations including with their mobile app, which just awesome.

Pros

I really like the layout and overall usability. It is finally a CRM that I look forward to using. I also like the dashboard and customizable widgets. I've used so many CRMs in the past the overpromised and underdelivered. This one is the opposite...it overdelivers. The logic and flow is so well thought out and shows that the team really put in the effort and thinking from a SALES PERSPECTIVE of how leads progress through a cycle. Also, the mobile app is the best I've come across so far. This is an easy recommendation!

Cons

The thing I liked least is that the API and webhooks are in the higher tiers, but I understand that it is an incentive, and makes sense.

Our overall experience with Heffl after several weeks of use has been excellent. The platform is stable, fast, and well designed. It centralizes sales, communication, and operations in one place, which saves time and prevents errors. The Gmail integration, automation features, and AI-generated reports make daily management much smoother. Support is highly responsive and attentive. Even in just a few weeks, Heffl has proven to be a reliable, efficient, and evolving tool that quickly became part of our daily routine.

Pros

Heffl brings CRM, invoicing, email, and workflow automation together in one coherent platform. The Gmail integration makes communication seamless. Custom fields, automation, and AI-commented reports make it easy to track and optimize performance. The Fields Jobs module extends it beyond sales into project and field management.

Cons

Some labels could be clearer for new users, and documentation sometimes lags a bit behind new features.
