Pros the ability to share information with external parties while managing the records in Objective ECM. Auditing - evidence of access to records etc. our Compliance team us Connect to allow customers to upload photos and videos which means files end up in Objective ECM... Cons with objective ECM and Connect integration - can be confusing for staff to understand when they need to access Connect from ECM or cloud..... Building this module to suit us would be too expensive. SharePoint is not open to external staff. Teams is too temporary (files are deleted weekly by system) and access control limited. Cons Sometimes the Administration side of things can be a bit awkward having to use API's to perform tasks but these are being addressed to simplify the task.
