I was a bit skeptical at first honestly, tried a few other systems before this one. But this one is really build for hostels. The all-in-one side of it is what gets me, I don't have to jump between different tools anymore. Minor gripes here and there but nothing that's made me want to switch.

Pros

Honestly didn't expect to like it as much as I do. The setup was straightforward and everything just kind of... works. Syncing with booking platforms used to be a headache and now I barely think about it.

Cons

I think it is pretty good, but I Wish there were more customization options for the booking widget besides the colors

Great experience and very reliable service. I feel like I can expand and improve my business service with no limit.

Pros

It’s easy, comprehensive and at a very reasonable cost perfectly suitable for my hostel business. It became the backbone of my business and helped me to increase and organize my bookings with almost all the booking platforms. Easy to generate reports, track any transaction with complete transaction history.

Cons

Nothing as it’s easy friendly user interface and with live human support. I will say that a refresher from the developers and support team from time to time for their new updates will be a good communication too keep in touch as business partners.

It’s nice having everything, payments, bookings, and the calendar, in one tab instead of jumping between five different programs. Support is usually pretty quick too

Pros

Solid platform. It takes a little bit of time to get everything configured exactly how you want it, but once it's set up, it just works.

Cons

only work with stripe, no paypal or local payment support, when i asked they told me about api that i can use

I’d give it a solid 10/10 It made our work much more organized and less stressful definitely worth it if you want to save time and run your hostel better

Pros

I’ve been using this hostel booking system for a while now and it honestly made things way easier for us everything is in one place so no more jumping between booking sites it really helps avoid double bookings super easy to use, even for new staff saves a lot of time on daily tasks like check-ins and payments guests can book online easily and it works smoothly

Cons

Took a little time at the beginning to learn all the features some advanced tools need a bit of getting used to works best with a stable internet connection
