Overall, I would say there are pros and cons to this, yet it is worth giving it a try and experiencing it yourself as it will get you quite aligned and efficient.

Pros

This app is suitable for any size of business small or big. It is seamless. Connecting the internal team is easy to use. User-friendly. Private messaging option. The best option if you would like things to be efficient and aligned.

Cons

Even though there are many pros to using this, the cons are unavoidable. It takes time to load and hangs at the time to proceed further.
