I really like the added flexibility brings and allows customers to interact with our services in a much simpler way.

Pros

It’s very simple and intuitive. The responses are very relevant and focussed on the topic. Users can easily access the most relevant information it out having to go and manually search for information by navigation the site.

Cons

Updating the content is a manual process, if this was automated it would help keep information in sync.

The idea of creating AI avatars. and the there multiple options to choose from

Cons

The edit part was hard to understand, even though there was information about how to use it. I would recommend creating a easy, quick video
