It was very user friendly and the support for multiple features in a single platform was very helpful. The price was also wallet friendly.

Pros

The invoice, accounting, POS and Inventory in one software with a very reasonable price is very appealing.

Cons

Raseed needs to provide payroll to satisfy the needs as an ERP software. Raseed needs to provide some custom templates and support for mortgage billing.

Extremely disappointing. From day one, the software failed to deliver even basic billing functions. I wasted time, money, and effort trying to get support, but the team kept giving excuses like “manager is in a meeting” or “I’m on leave.” I had to shift all my data to another software within 5 days. This product feels like it was made by a few inexperienced developers without any testing or customer care.

Pros

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning. The interface looks decent at first, but once you start using it, everything feels broken — slow response, constant errors, and confusing menus. There is no stability or reliability at all.

Cons

Almost everything. The software is full of bugs, takes 30+ seconds to update a single invoice, and crashes frequently. Their support team is completely unresponsive — they promise call-backs but never follow up. No proper training, no resolution, and a zero-responsibility attitude. Even refund requests are ignored.

switched from Raseed because the software was full of bugs, extremely slow, and completely unreliable for daily billing. Every basic task took too long, invoices failed to update, and customer support was unresponsive. After wasting days waiting for fixes that never came, I moved to another software that actually works smoothly and offers real support.
