I use Engini for integrating and automating our MES and ERP systems, and it simplifies Webhook creation with minimal coding. I appreciate its pre-defined connections, such as priority ERP, which streamline processes. However, I wish it were more robust and had better validations, as the lack of these can lead to errors. Initially, my team switched from manual coding, finding the setup easy with support assistance. I'm likely to recommend Engini, rating it a 9 out of 10.

Pros

I really like how Engini simplifies the integration and automation between our MES and ERP systems, especially with its no code or almost no code approach. It's great that it has most of the connections already pre-defined, like Priority ERP, which helps us because it provides a bank of all the API endpoints to Priority as UI screens, making it easier to handle. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially with the support of their team.

Cons

I would have liked it if it was more robust. Or have more validations and confirmations. We have a workflow that deals with packout and serial numbers. It's very heavy but doesn't deal with validations or confirmations. If, for some reason, the connection dropped and a day later, it came back on again - it won't check if the reports have already been made, and it can cause duplications, which will lead to unnecessary billings for our clients.

Overall, the experience was okay. The system is powerful, but it did take us time to get comfortable with it. What really helped was the support we received from \[sensitive content hidden\] during the implementation. He guided us through the setup and explained the parts that weren’t immediately clear. With his help, we were able to get everything running the way we needed

Pros

What I liked most is that Engini gives you a lot of flexibility with building automations between WooCommerce, HubSpot, and Priority. Once the flows are set up correctly, it really cuts down on manual work and keeps the data in sync. The interface is pretty clear once you get used to it, and overall it helped us organize things that used to be done manually.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve, and sometimes you need to test the flows more than you’d expect before everything runs smoothly.

Pros

This a No code integration plateform which lets me build workflow with zero code knowledge easy to set up connections, edit workflows and track the log. It has plenty of possibilities even if the connector to a specific software is not predefined, thanks to the ability to create HTTP requests easily. The support is responsive, and the knowledge share is encouraged It was the best fit for my ERP integration with ither platform we use.

Cons

It still requires some notions of formulas when trying to build a complicated workflow.

Our experience with Engini has been excellent. It streamlined the data flow from our logistics partner into our internal systems with high accuracy and reliability. The platform is stable, well-documented, and their team showed great flexibility in supporting specific business cases. We’ve also seen a noticeable drop in manual interventions thanks to the automation capabilities Engini enables.

Pros

Engini provides an extremely intuitive and structured way to monitor and track manufacturing data in real-time. The JSON structure is well-organized, integration was smooth, and the support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable. It has significantly improved our visibility and decision-making processes on the production floor.

Cons

At first, it took a bit of effort to align our internal data structure with Engini’s format, especially around split line logic. However, once clarified, things have been running smoothly.

We created workflows to integrate various applications to Salesforce in a short time and it works excellent!

Pros

Engini is an easy to use iPaaS that can integrate applications with Rest API web services using graphical workflows and without writing code. We are using the built-in module for Salesforce and rest API for other applications and it works seamlessly!

Cons

Engini is a young company but with good services and growing fast. We needed the help of Engini professional services to build the workflows, but hoping to learn and be more knowledgeable in workflow creation in the future.

you do need some prior knowledge if you want to set up workflows on your own. That said, the Engini team was always available to build any process we requested. Naturally, this required purchasing additional hours, which was understandable

Engini helped me o tailoring a solution to my company special needs. solving automation solution that my CRM (Monday and now Zoho) couldnt prrovide. Engini always develop and checking my process. in case their new development suits my needs, they implement it - even in the case of lass actions in their system.

Pros

For EVERY automation that my CRM couldn't/didn't have a solution for, Engini stepped in and solved. There is never impossible with Engini

Cons

require some basic understanding and a company who knows how to implement

As I wrote, great support. we are looking to move forward to the next challenge with the guys. It is simple as that.

Pros

We are very happy with the product, its futures and on top the service - put the price a side. the service is what we looked 4! \[sensitive content hidden\] gave us the best support ever.

Cons

no that I can say. Maybe just that it will take us some time to learn how to use it with out support.

My company implement Priority ERP and Zoho CRM. Before Engini we did that with API interfaces which requires experienced staff and lacks flexibility. Engini sloved that!

Pros

Ability to connect to large,complicated DB with ease and immediae results . No need or experienced programmer to pull data from any system. Ability to build an app. Very fast and provide customer with relavant custom app at a minimal cost and scheudle.

Cons

Needs some understanding of the system's DB structure and processes.

The service from the first day I contacted them was above and beyond, both in terms of sales and service and assistance with the implementation process. The interface is very convenient and intuitive and contains a lot of functions (which of course need to be learned and familiarized with).

Pros

The simplicity and variety of functions, and of course the amazing service we receive from them during the implementation process

Cons

During the implementation process, I feel we're being given the fish instead of giving us the fishing rod

Pros

Automation and integration between our information system Pririty and MES system Next Plus.

Pros

The system allows easy and quick integration with our information system and with the MES system. The technical support is amazing and helps with any problem.

Cons

A perfect and easy-to-use automation system. I haven't seen any cons yet. The organization continues to develop and upgrade the system.
