Overall, everybody in the company loves to work with it. Dispatchers and technicians. It's easy to use, making our daily job planning a breeze.

Pros

fieldux is extremely clear, allowing dispatchers to quickly grasp current and future deployment planning at any time. Everything just works flawless. Drag 'n dropping jobs while planning people, cars, equipment is just great. Feedback is responded to quickly. Contacting support is very easy, and you get quick feedback and assistance.

Cons

For smaller companies it can be a bit pricey. There's no dedicated app for smartphones or tablets for dispatchers, which would be nice to get quick insights even when not at a PC. Also the website is not responsive. Sending in timesheets for digital signatures would be a big plus. fieldux is a quite new product. Therefore some areas lack specific functions. However, the developers are pushing updates very regularly, making the software better nearly weekly.

Durchweg positiv, sowohl das Programm als auch die Kommunikation mit Bauer + Kirch. Der Einstieg war problemlos, für die normale tägliche Nutzung ist keine Schulung notwendig.

Pros

Wir haben mit fieldux zum ersten Mal einen durchgängigen Prozess, vom Anlegen eines Auftrages über die Planung, die Übermittlung an unsere Techniker, die Erstellung und Rückmeldung des Einsatzberichtes bis hin zur Freigebe des Berichtes und über die Schnittstelle auch den Übertrag der Daten in unser ERP System.

Cons

Das ich auf der Planungsübersicht einen Auftrag nicht direkt per drag&drop in der Dauer anpassen kann.

Wir sind seit Beginn dabei und konnten unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen mit in die Entwicklung fließen lassen. Das Verwalten von zusätzlichen Werkzeugen oder Fahrzeugen wurde berücksichtigt, wie das aktuelle Thema "Checklisten". Großartiger Support - weiter so!

Pros

Die intuitive Bedienung. Es ist alles an seinen Platz und wirkt sehr übersichtlich. Außerdem kommen nach und nach neue Funktionen hinzu, die wirklich hilfreich und auf die Bedürfnisse der Anwender zugeschnitten sind.

Cons

Mir persönlich fällt nichts großartiges ein, da bisher immer auf Kritik eingegangen wurde und sich letztendlich alles einfach lösen ließ.

Die Einführung von fieldux verlief strukturiert und praxisnah. Das Tool unterstützt unseren Service-Alltag spürbar – besonders in Planung, Zeiterfassung und Dokumentation. Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zeigt, dass das System mit den Anforderungen wächst.

Pros

Übersichtliche Einsatzplanung, schnelle Zeiterfassung, klare Struktur für Techniker. Kommunikation und Infos fließen digital – ohne Medienbrüche.

Cons

Einige Funktionen benötigen noch Feinschliff, sind aber bereits in Weiterentwicklung. Der enge Austausch mit fieldux ist dabei ein klarer Vorteil.

Als Kunde der ersten Stunde konnten wir uns intensiv von der Herangehensweise überzeugen. Ein absolut unkomliziertes onboarding welche zielführend, effektiv und auf unsere Bedürfnisse ausgerichtet wurde.

Pros

Intuitive Bedienung, Starke Kundenbetreuung, multi Plattform, extrem schneller Support und ein Feature Konzept welches ein perfect match für unsere maritime Branche ist. Ein Field Service Managament Tool +, welches mittlerweile unser single point of truth für alle Belange der Einsatzplanung, Dokumentenverwaltung auf Einsätzen sowie der Verwaltung unserer Maschinen und Fahrzeuge ist.

Cons

Bisher sind uns keine bekannt. Selbst kleine Bugs werden schnell Beseitigt daher sind bei uns keine Nachteile aufgetreten.
