Die allgemeine Erfahrung mit PlainPPM ist sehr positiv. Die einfache und intuitive Bedienung ermöglicht einen schnellen Einstieg, sorgt für hohe Akzeptanz bei den Anwendern und hält den Schulungsaufwand gering. Besonders überzeugend ist die nahtlose Integration in die Microsoft‑365‑Umgebung mit Microsoft Teams und Planner. Da PlainPPM direkt in Teams verfügbar ist, entfällt das Starten zusätzlicher Applikationen und ein medienbruchfreies Arbeiten ist gewährleistet. Zudem ist keine separate Installation erforderlich und Anpassungen sowie Erweiterungen lassen sich flexibel und mit wenig Aufwand umsetzen.

Pros

PlainPPM überzeugt durch die vollständige Integration in die bestehende Microsoft‑365‑Umgebung, insbesondere durch die nahtlose Einbindung von Microsoft Teams und die Nutzung bekannter Tools wie Planner. Die einfache und intuitive Bedienung erleichtert die Akzeptanz bei Anwendern und ermöglicht einen schnellen Einstieg. Gleichzeitig wird der gesamte Projekt‑Lebenszyklus durchgängig abgebildet – von der Initiierung, über die Planung über die Steuerung bis hin zur transparenten Portfolioverwaltung. Cons

Ein Nachteil von PlainPPM besteht darin, dass Anpassungen wie die Änderung von Spaltenbreiten nicht direkt durch den Anwender in der Oberfläche erfolgen können, sondern im Backend vorgenommen werden müssen.
