In beiden Fällen ist mein Eindruck durchweg positiv: Die Lösung kommt schnell zum Laufen und passt besonders gut zu Organisationen, die ohnehin auf Microsoft 365 setzen. Pros Aus Beratersicht der größte Pluspunkt: PlainPPM ist eine native Power-Platform-Anwendung, kein zusätzliches Fremdsystem. Bei meinen Kunden bleiben die Projektdaten im eigenen Microsoft-365-Tenant, und es muss keine separate Plattform betrieben werden. Die Time-to-Value ist kurz, und die Anwenderschulung ist mit rund einer Stunde minimal – das senkt den Einführungswiderstand gerade im Mittelstand erheblich. Cons Ein ehrlicher Punkt: PlainPPM setzt für die Aufgaben- und Terminplanung auf Microsoft Planner Premium auf. Der Funktionsumfang dieses neuen Planner Premium ist aus meiner Sicht noch begrenzt – bei sehr detaillierten Terminplänen, Abhängigkeiten und klassischer Projektplanung stößt man eher an Grenzen als bei spezialisierten Planungswerkzeugen. Dafür ist die Lösung aber sehr einfach zu handhaben; dieser bewusste Trade-off – Einfachheit statt Funktionsfülle – passt im Mittelstand meist sehr gut.
