Very friendly support and sales. They have made the switch easy. Pros Seeing that it is online based and being able to use a Mac seems to be the best feature of it in my mind. Cons Haven't found that yet. Based on what I have seen so far, the development team seems to be listening to users on their requests. Very fast and very professional service on chat, huge help. The crew behind this product is right there if you need them. Pros It is easy to get up and running, and there are various ways to solve problems or challenges with getting the data you need out of the software Cons I don't know if I have any negative or least good experiences, most of it is just me learning the software and how I can use features in a way that outputs what I and my clients need, cleanly. So far, that has been happening and I am grateful. Really glad I found this company. I am looking forward to using this takeoff software on a daily basis. Pros It is Planswift but better. AI features work well, and I am not a fan of AI. Switching between jobs is much faster and there is not a lag that I experienced with Planswift. Cons I have not been using long enough to have many cons. One thing that jumps out to me is the area takeoff. It is hard to see my boundary line while tracing, whereas Planswift made it easy to see this line by making it a different color while tracing. It has been a serious time saver at my company, where the standard is printing out paper and using a hilighter/pencil Cons The default device icons (basic shapes); a takeoff with lots of different devices is hard to understand visually without a legend or guide. I am so glad I found zzTakeoff, it is a young software and lacking a few customizable options but it is very user friendly and easy to use. The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I am excited to see and experience what zz has in the future. I would definitely recommend this software. Pros 1\. Online access on any platform 2. Customer support/service is absolutely fantastic 3. The willingness of the zz team to listen and hear suggestions for features to help us perform takeoffs more efficiently. 4.
