Overall my experience with these guys has been flawless and I feel genuinely and sincerely taken into consideration when I contact their support staff with a bunch of my crazy ideas! Couldn't ask for a smoother experience thus far.

Pros

We've used their platform for close to 2 years now and honestly its been a game changer for us from an out-of-the-box solution. Efficient and genuine value for money to give my business the credibility it needs.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the inability to customize the look and feel such as fonts & colors of everything as a whole, but even this was an easy workaround to make this still fit into my brand's identity.

### "Amazing Booking Software"

I believe its a great easy to use software with a great developing team behind it keeping it fresh and up to date often getting new features. The map feature allows our customers to visualise the facility and then get a better understanding when booking out spaces.

Pros

I loved the trial account that they set up for us to try the software free for 30 days, allowing us to see if the software was the right fit for us. Without this we may not have been able to see its full capacity.

Cons

I do think it can be an expensive software as its charged per space you have, which can add up quickly. I do think now that it is worth it however due to the great support from the team and capability of the software.

I enjoy how easy this is to use and mange. When we do run into issues the tech support is quick to respond and has been able to help resolve the issues.

Pros

I love the flexibility of this application and how it can allow for internal/external access to the booking system along with being able to manage multiple locations.

Cons

The flexibility of spaces license. It would be nice if you only need to add a few spaces that there was an option to add smaller packages or individual spaces as needed.

Kadence wasn't able to handle the multiple site locations and internal/external user access to book our meeting spaces.

This was an older system that was hard to manage/maintain. We also had to run an in-house email server for this system to work. I'm sure there was a newer version of this application but Skedda seemed like a much nicer and easier to use system.

It's been overall a positive experience. It's too expensive for our small business. As I mentioned we have gone from a free program to $99. per month.

Pros

It suits our purposes currently. The price increase, I am currently sourcing out other booking options.

Cons

The price increase, I am currently sourcing out other booking options. It's easy to use, however we don't need to utilize all of the features and I find the price increase steep. Considering when we first joined SKEDDA it was free.

Experience has been great! Setup was a breeze. Every time I have had a question I have start with using the chat feature then someone either responds there or gives me a call.

Pros

Skedda was able to make scheduling rooms in our research department simple. Coordinators are able to make their own appointments. Very little babysitting on my part.

Cons

I would like to be able to filter by custom fields without exporting to EXCEL. Sometimes I just need a quick count of rooms used by a certain provider and it would help if you could filter my custom fields.

Great! Kinda sad about the price increase as we don’t need the extra services offered. We are just too little.

Pros

That is was very affordable and allows other to book in a time slot or room that works for them. Multiple rooms too!

Cons

How long it takes for the changes window to disappear! I have to click the closed box every time. Pls make box autodiaapear faster.

Outstanding! Used Bookwise previously and when looking for alternatives, Skedda was the best (and cheapest!)

Pros

Excellent value for money. Fast customer support. Very user friendly and great for printing/exporting reports.

Cons

It would be very useful to have a booking ID added to each booking that is easily visible for reporting purposes.

It is a real work horse tool that we rely on. But could be so much more useful to how we want to use it

Easy to use. Easy to create a booking. Good view on a page of all bookings Very responsive support and help

Cons

1\. Built for a particular business type - ie not a junior soccer club. Not a universal tool for all organisations with different needs. E.g Can’t easily share a booking or send the complete venue schedule to more than one person ie parents of an U9 football team. 2. High price point for our use cases.

We used AllBooked to manage our 14 teaching studios that are shared by 30 instructors as well as two performance spaces. It is the "system of record" for our music store, and it works great. We rely on it every day.

Pros

We have 14 studios with various pricing policies depending on time of day, who is booking the studio, etc. AllBooked's pricing functionality is amazing and it can model everything we need.

Cons

It does what we need it to do - no complaints. Our biggest issue is that we have several teachers that keep forgetting to book their time in AllBooked, but that is their issue, not ours.

I’ve had a great experience with all booked by skedda because I opened a business in a field that I’m not too familiar with and this just mad it a little easier for me.

Pros

They have amazing customer support. Any problems or questions I had were answered promptly. Gem held my hand through many scenarios I couldn’t be happier!

Cons

The only issue I have with all booked by skedda is they do not have an option for gift cards. A lot of potential customers have called me for them and I wasn’t able to provide them with one.

Staff are super efficient and helpful when i need support or changes - really excellent customer service! Also like that it has an app.

Cons

perhaps a few more rules/options in settings in terms of booking rules and options but not a deal breaker as there are a few to pick from

I've been very pleased and would recommend this to those who are facing the challenge of managing multiple spaces like us.

Pros

I enjoy how simple it makes organizing so many event spaces and conference rooms here. We have the ability to expand into the for-profit sector by charging minimal fees for our larger spaces which helps offset costs of running them.

Cons

My only small gripe is managing user access to bookings and viewing certain spaces. We have multiple businesses in the building so not all spaces are available to everyone.

I'm glad we're using it. I don't know if it's truly worth what we've paid, but hopefully by the end of the year we'll at least break even.

Pros

Customers find it fairly straightforward. I like that there's an ability to create a unique url to automatically tag different types of users. I like that I can add conditions to schedule and users.

Cons

People don't love immediately needing to add in their payment details. I deeply wish the database was more user-friendly -- you can't sort by specific details and you can't collect additional information.

Pros

Just works perfectly. Give us heaps of flexibility and gets rid of the manual process. Has made a huge difference to our org.

Cons

Just needs some more flexibility in using custom field values to change hire rates. This would then allow us to bill automatically.

Pros

We use AllBooked for our indoor cricket coaching centre in Cape Town, South Africa. It is user friendly and gives us all the functionality we need. The support has also been great

Cons

Excellent! Signed on during Covid as a means to record who our users were. Haven't looked back since.

Pros

Easy to use, for both administrators and users. Nice, clear presentation of bookings. Excellent sheet of users for admins.

Cons

Would like to be able to add notes or even sponsors to the booking sheets. For example, "this lawn is out of action today".

AllBooked is quite easy to use,the schedlue is fairly easy to read and to navigate from month to month

Cons

The annual fees are quite costly, to the point that I don't have all of my rooms listed. It helps me to save on my annual fees.

Life made easy, instantly. We have tried loads of options but Skedda is by far the best, Fantastic software.

Pros

Its simplicity and functionality. Very useable, love it. The moblie app is a godsend as you can book, update information instantly.

Cons

Nothing to be fair, for the reasons noted above. The system meets all our community needs, we would be lost with out it.
