I am a consultant and have helped deploy Optymatch at 5 client locations. Overall the experience has been positive for all clients. It has reduced the time spent on resume screening and made the shortlisting process more structured. The product is easy to use, the support team is responsive, and new improvements keep coming regularly. We are satisfied with the value it has added to our recruitment transformation work.

Pros

The candidate scoring feature has been the biggest advantage for us. It gives a good understanding of how well a candidate matches the job without spending too much time on manual screening. The scores are quite logical and help our recruiters shortlist faster. Overall it has improved our hiring speed and consistency.

Cons

Nothing as such. Some bugs in submission and ATS report generation but they were fixed by Rajat and his team promptly when we pointed out.

Overall a great tool. Simple, easy to use and fast. The support is great as well. Our recruiters are happy using the ATS.

Pros

Great software. Makes it very easy to find the best candidates and reach out to them. Submission process is also very easy.

Cons

Integrations could be better. Naukri integration is through third party but it works. Other than that its mostly good.

Excellent product. I am using this for 5 months now for our hiring at GetSetResumes and it has reduced our hiring time by more than half. We are very happy with the matching and the ATS itself is very pleasing to use.

Pros

The AI matching and candidate scoring is top notch. Interview Scheduling is also a good feature. Their ATS is a blend of all the good ATSs we have used before.

Cons

Some features missing like backups and file downloads in bulk. Hopefully will be up soon. Also the resume redaction is a paid feature.
