My \[sensitive content hidden\] is now able to manage suppliers more effectively, build stronger relationships across the supply base and demonstrate tangible savings and control. As we grow BuyingStation will add even greater value. The team at BuyingStation are quick to support us when we have questions and I love that the platform is developing new capability all the time. Pros Implementation: remarkably straightforward (we did it ourselves) and I saw immediate value within the first few weeks (savings opportunities). Supplier risk: The platform gave me visibility of risk across our supply chain, which had previously been a blind spot. Allowing our suppliers to maintain their own information has been a game changer too as we are a small team and data stays current without adding burden to my team. Contract renewals: I will never miss a contract renewal again, which alone has probably paid us back already. Price: cost is always factor and the price is well below the competition for the functionality. The team at BuyingStation tell me there is more AI to come and I also appreciate that I can now connect it to my finance platform and other apps. Cons Coming from a position of all manual procurement, there are no real cons for us. The only suggestion I would offer is that being able to choose which data sets appear on the dashboard (personalisation) would be a welcome enhancement for ease of reporting.
