We were using multiple SaaS for different needs. We heard about Swipe One because it’s from the same people who created Swipe Pages. Since we’ve been using SP for over 4 years, we decided to give Swipe One a try. We moved all our data to SO and now CRM, pipeline management, email, and WhatsApp automation are all in one place. They also have an option to send newsletters, so we send our newsletters from Swipe One. We tried their AI Agent, the ICP Generator. It was surprisingly good and gave us a lot of information about the ICP. Overall, it was a cost effective and time saving solution for us. Before, we needed 2 people to manage all the platforms, but now we have one person who takes care of everything.

Pros

1\. CRM is intuitive and easy to use. 2. Pipeline is customizable as per our needs. 3. Email automation for warming up or sending follow-up updates to contacts are great. Another feature we like is that, we don’t require additional email marketing tools to broadcast updates or newsletters. 4. Surprisingly, their WhatsApp automation is also great. Easy to connect to WhatsApp Business API. 5. Also the user interface is simple and clear for anyone to get start without much learning curve.

Cons

So, we’re currently limited in terms of email templates and customization options, which is making it tough for us to create emails that fit our specific needs. It would be amazing if we had an intuitive editor that would make designing emails musch easier!

They’re super cost-effective and don’t need as many resources to keep running. Another cool thing is that their team actually listens to their users or the community. They even make their roadmap and priorities for features based on what the community says. I’d say they’re a real community-driven company.
