Je suis Directrice Générale Adjointe dans une clinique MCO sur Paris. J'utilise Charik principalement pour piloter mes relations fournisseurs au quotidien (prestataires, équipements, services). Je m'en sers aussi pour maintenir à jour mes contacts dans mon réseau professionnel. La détection automatique des changements de poste me fait gagner un temps fou. Tout est connecté à mon Outlook et mon agenda Microsoft.

Pros

Ce qui m'a fait basculer, c'est le suivi de ma base fournisseurs sans passer ma vie à mettre à jour des cellules Excel. Quand un de mes contacts change de poste, Charik met à jour la fiche tout seul, j'évite de relancer quelqu'un qui n'est plus dans la boîte depuis six mois. Tous mes échanges avec chaque prestataire sont centralisés dans la fiche du contact, je retrouve en deux secondes le dernier mail ou la dernière réunion avant un rendez-vous

Cons

Charik est d'abord pensé pour les équipes commerciales, donc certaines fonctionnalités ne me servent pas du tout (génération et scoring de leads). J'ai dû passer un peu de temps à configurer mes vues et mes champs pour qu'ils collent à mon usage gestion fournisseurs, mais une fois fait, c'est carré.

Excel devenait ingérable au fur et à mesure que ma base contacts grandissait. Je perdais le suivi des relances, des dates de renouvellement, et je n'avais aucune vraie visibilité sur l'historique des échanges. Outlook m'aidait côté emails mais ça s'arrêtait là

Reasons for choosing Charik

J'ai regardé plusieurs outils et la plupart étaient soit trop orientés commercial pur et ne permettait pas une qualification fine de la relation entre 2 contacts par exemple. Charik m'a permis de structurer ma base facilement et la mise à jour auto des contacts quand un contact change de poste est pratique.

My overall experience with Charik has been very positive. The CRM is user-friendly, efficient, and helps keep customer information and activities well organized. It is easy to use and provides real value for managing customer relationships.

Pros

What I liked most about Charik was its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage customer interactions and keep track of activities without unnecessary complexity. I also appreciated how quickly users can get started and become productive.

Cons

There was nothing I particularly disliked. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the addition of more advanced customization options to better adapt the platform to specific business processes.
