The process was manageable, the migration could be monitored, and it helped us reduce the operational disruption that can come with moving large amounts of mailbox data. Pros What I liked most was how straightforward the migration process was. As a mortgage business, we rely heavily on email for communication with customers, brokers, and internal teams, so keeping our Microsoft 365 mailboxes and historical emails accessible was important. EdbMails made it easier to move mailbox data without having to manage the entire process manually. The interface was relatively easy to understand, and the migration options gave us useful control over what data needed to be transferred. The ability to monitor migration progress was also helpful because we could identify any issues and address them without disrupting our normal workflow. Cons The initial setup took a little time to understand, particularly around the Microsoft 365 permissions and configuration requirements. We were migrating from an Older Exchange server and had concerns about downtime, large mailbox sixes, and possible data loss. EdbMails handled the entire process lawlessly. The interface made it easy to configure the migration was completed without disrupting our users, and all emails, calenders and contracts were perfectly preserved. We are migrating from an on-prem Exchange setup were concerned about potential data loss or services interruptions. But EdbMails handled everything everything professionally. The migration was performed in stages with zero disruption to user, and we had full visibility into the process from start to finish. It felt like having an expert guiding us the whole way. Pros User-Friendly interface, supports large mailbox sizes, and allows direct migration to Office 365 with modern OAuth authentication. What really impressed us was the incremental sync features-only new and changed items were moved during cutover. which saved bandwidth and time. The tool also preserved folder structure and metadata perfectly. Cons Initial mailbox scanning can take a while if you have a large volume of user, but that's expected with any full-featured migration. The performance and accuracy made up for it.
