El uso de la herramienta es sencillo y dado que la interfaz es atractiva, no da pereza usarla. La alimentación de las noticias y la forma de valoración me resulta muy práctica y la usamos semanalmente. Nos ayuda mucho en nuestra vigilancia tecnológica y a crear nuevas ideas. La recomendaría sin duda a cualquier empresa que no tenga la vigilancia sistematizada y que quiera una herramienta para ayudar a generar ideas. Pros En general es una herramienta muy útil y muy fácil de utilizar, pero destacaría dos puntos a favor respecto a otras similares. Por un lado, la interfaz es muy agradable de utilizar y esto ayuda a darle el uso que necesita y por otro, el equipo humano que está detrás lo hace todo muy fácil. Siempre pendientes de mejoras, de nuevas implementaciones y muy profesionales a la hora de trabajar. Eso hace que la herramienta siempre sea de tu gusto ya que todo lo que te gustaría mejorar se pone en marcha fácilmente. El proceso de implantación es muy sencillo y rápido. Cons No es que sea algo que no me haya gustado de In Tool sino un área que está en curso de mejorarse, que el equipo ya ha identificado como mejora evidente y que esperamos que próximamente se implante y es la integración más profunda de la Inteligencia Artificial en la lógica y los procesos de la herramienta.
