Logiciel efficace et fiable, globalement autoporteur pour les équipes de production. Intègre aussi un grand volume de transporteur permettant d'être opérationnel très rapidement. Enfin, les équipes sont disponibles, à l'écoute et très réactives.

Pros

La possibilité de déléguer la décision finale au point d'expédition (magasin)

Cons

La non prise en charge des plans de tournée par jour de livraison (ex. contrat sur 1 département/un code postal les lundi et jeudi)

Woop nous permet de lancer des programmes de rachat plus rapidement avec nos clients retailers ; y compris à l'international. Grâce à notre partenariat, nous pouvons tenir la promesse du pilotage d'une reverse logistique à l'échelle européenne.

Pros

Une offre adaptée à notre contexte business. Le suivi et la réactivité face à nos demandes pour lancer de nouveaux clients (souvent associés à un nouveau transporteur). La disponibilité du support. Une API bien documentée facile à intégrer et bien documentée.

Cons

Certains aspects conceptuels du fonctionnement de la plateforme Woop ne sont pas suffisamment documentés. Mais le support est là pour apporter les informations manquantes.
