## What is Turneo?

Turneo's platform enables hotels to sell in-destination activities directly on the hotel's website. It supports both in-house and external activities, including tours, spa&wellness, dining, event tickets, transfers and rentals. The booking engine is integrated as a white-label solution without any third-party branding. Turneo has been an excellent partner, bringing noticeable improvements to our daily operations. Their support and tools have made our workflow smoother, more organized, and more efficient overall. It has been a valuable addition to the way we manage and deliver our services.

Pros

I especially appreciate the increased efficiency in booking guest experiences. Their reporting and charging system is incredibly easy to use, saving us time and reducing errors. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and supported by a responsive and professional team. Truly an amazing addition for every hotel operation. I can highly recommend them.

Cons

In it's current edition it is impossible to use it for room bookings, which could make it a one stop shop for our guests

Using Turneo is very simple, less paperwork, confirmations are coming automaticaly, guests can see prices and organisers

Cons

The thing I liked least about Turneo is that the link is only valid for a short time. Also, I think the website could be a bit faster to improve the overall experience.

As someone who is regularly booking tours, Turneo has been a game-changer. It helped me showcase the entire experience to guests with just a few clicks. The platform is incredibly simple to use and really takes the connection between guest and booking to another level. What I love most is that all the important information and booking details are in one place. It has made communication between us and our guests much easier and faster, no more chasing papers or sending endless emails. Everything is right there, easily accessible. Turneo has truly simplified the process and made our work not only more efficient but also more enjoyable.

It's very easy to use and makes whole process of booking easier.What I love most is that all the important information and booking details are in one place.

Pros

Turneo is really easy to use for guests and for content creators, really nice platform that covers all segments for offers with multiple options. Cooperation is great and easy. Tracking experiences success and revenue with guest review is a great thing.

Cons

Only one thing about app that have space fro improvement is when you edit or view some experience and want to go back it brings you at main page, not in store that you were working on .

If you’re in the hospitality business and want to simplify your experience management while making it easy for guests to discover or book activities, I’d definitely recommend giving Turneo a try.

Pros

Turneo's platform made it much easier to manage our experience bookings. It replaced the multiple contact forms and spreadsheets we previously used to track booking requests, tour provider availability, and monthly sales. By consolidating everything into one system, we saved a considerable amount of time. Our experience partners are also happy with the user-friendly design, so they regularly use the platform, which simplifies the coordination of bookings for everyone. We also love how simple it is to update experiences on our digital experience store. Guests also love the digital convenience - we’ve noticed that many of them book activities before they even arrive at the destination.

Cons

It would be great if food&beverage was included on the platform but we heard it might be happening in the future.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages Turneo brings to Maslinica Hotels & Resort is the ability to offer our guests a diverse range of activities both within the resort and in the surrounding areas of Labin, Istria, and the Kvarner region. Before implementing Turneo, we had a limited scope of activities available (only at our Resort and few in Rabac), and our guests often had to go through different channels to find and book experiences. This lack of integration meant that guests couldn't easily explore all the options available to them, and we couldn't present a comprehensive offering. With Turneo, we can now showcase a variety of curated experiences in one place—everything from beach activities to more adventurous options like horseback riding or wine tasting in the beautiful Istrian countryside. This will significantly enhance the guest experience, making their stay more dynamic and enjoyable. Guests will no longer need to go through multiple steps to plan their perfect holiday, and we can offer them a seamless, all-in-one booking experience during their stay and prior to their arrival.

Cons

The biggest concern I had when implementing Turneo was gathering all the stakeholders involved, particularly the various service providers, and preparing them for a new way of collaboration. Many of the services we offer require coordination with external partners. Transitioning to a digital platform meant that everyone needed to be aligned on how to work together in a more integrated way. Now, after the implementation, I feel much more confident. While it did take time to get everyone on bord. For that, we can only thank the Turneo team for being so assistive in getting everyone on board.

The integration of their experience store on our website has also elevated our digital offering and gives guests the freedom to explore options in their own time. Since onboarding, we’ve seen steady product improvements and proactive communication from Turneo. It feels more like a partnership than just a software solution.

Pros

Turneo has completely changed how we manage guest requests for tours, transfers, and activities. It's a huge relief that we no longer have to call each tour organizer individually or handle inquiries one by one—those days are in the past. One of the most impressive features to us is how Turneo integrated with our channel manager to send personalized pre-arrival emails to guests, offering them tailored activity suggestions based on their reservation details—whether it’s a couple on a romantic getaway or a family trip. Guests can now explore and book experiences on their own through the Turneo experience store we embedded directly on our website. Their customer support team handles everything from questions to payments, and we receive clear statistics, reports, and regular updates on platform improvements. It's efficient, reliable, and guest-friendly.

Cons

We’re genuinely very satisfied and have had no issues to report. Not once has a guest arrived confused or faced a problem that required our intervention.

Turneo was a key partner during the digital transformation of in-house services in our company. The platform interface is intuitive and user-friendly which eased the onboarding of the hotel staff quite a lot.

Pros

\- very easy website integration via widgets feature which can be later managed from the Turneo interface, no need to make changes on the web itself. - possibility of full integration with mobile app with all features as on booking website - the option to use Turneo whiteboard booking page or integrate booking to the company's website - easy to generate analytics and reports

Cons

\- the Resource manager feature is great however the process of switching the hotel staff from "paper schedule" to a digital one requires additional effort from the management

My overall experience with Turneo has been extremely positive. The platform is user-friendly, efficient, and well-designed, making it easy to manage everything I need. The support team is always available, helpful, and truly dedicated to ensuring a great experience. I’m very satisfied and would gladly recommend Turneo to others.

Overall, the experience was outstanding. I appreciate how Turneo brings together everything in one user friendly interface.

Pros

Turneo has truly transformed our resorts guest experience and not just within our property, but also in the broader context of local activities and attractions. From my perspective the platform stands out with modern design and with the solutions that seamlessly bridge the gap between our high-quality resort services and a wide array of external offers.

Cons

Not being able to connect directly to the reservation system.

Tuneo is an useful digital platform for managing experiences. It offers automation, wider distribution channels and toher digital tool, which can help businesses streamline operations and increase sales.

Pros

\- Turneo reduces administrative workload for organizers and resellers. - Turneo enhances the overall user experience. - Tuneo has a fast implementation without requiring complex setups. - Turneo has easy integration with multiple sales channels. - Turneo has the "Concierge Tool" that is perfect for direct sales.

Cons

\- Turneo cannot be integrated with the reception system for room charges. - At the moment, multiple providers are offering similar platforms.

When incorporating new solutions like this, there is always a fear that there could be technical difficulties or other complications. Happy to inform that in almost two years there was nothing to report in that regard as it seems that the Turneo crew are always up to date with market demands and even open to our suggestions. We recommend this service to everyone in the tourism business.

Pros

Turneo allowed us to streamline our business and offer our guests a selection of verified solutions during their stay. Be it an airport shuttle or a free walking tour, after incorporating the service we could refer the guest to our offers with a simple link. What used to be a series of back and forth phone calls for each of our guest's requests, now became a professional looking web catalogue where the guests can safely book at their leisure.

Cons

No real cons to report, why didn't anyone think of a solution like this before 2023?
