FeedbackPulse gives growing teams structured 360 feedback without buying a standalone tool. Peer and 360 reviews are anonymous by default, use custom rating and text questions, and either attach to a performance review cycle or run on their own. Each cycle collects a self-assessment and a manager review and presents them together, repeats on a configurable frequency, and produces printable finalized reviews. Because 360 feedback lives inside an engagement platform, review data sits next to pulse survey trends, eNPS, and peer recognition, so managers see one picture of a team instead of another disconnected tool. A built-in recognition wall adds kudos between cycles. FeedbackPulse fits organizations of 10 to 500 employees.
