From the time we started thinking about using Bestpass, we have been surrounded with help to make the transition seamless and stress free. We have saved so much time and resources switching our fleet over!

Pros

The people at Bestpass have made our experience with their products 100 times better! They are always available and willing to help with any issues we might be having.

Cons

There really hasn't been anything I haven't liked. Maybe the time it took us to get switched over to their products, but that is more on our end!

I overall experience is very good thank you best pass! I recommend best to anybody that’s needs it very good service

Customer service was awesome! Fast and professional I recommend best pass to anybody does a truck driver or any other needs

Cons

I’m a customer with best pass already and they charge $.50 monthly fee not sure why we have to pay a monthly fee for something that we always use

My overall review is 50/50. If they would train there people how to resolve issues it would be a benefit.

Pros

When I got \[sensitive content hidden\] on the phone she was awesome. Knew her job 100%. Figured out my issue and walked me through the fix.

Cons

Talked to customer service and the 2 I talked to knew absolutely nothing on how to resolve my issue.

I've used bestpass for over 8 years and they have been consistent and easy to work with. They take care of any violations or other toll issues quickly and they are always friendly if you need to call. I recommend them to everyone. It's great having one contact for all tolls and they always have our back.

Pros

Customer service is excellent and I know they will take care of any toll issues that occur. They always respond quickly and take care of problems, not that there have been many. Only about 3 in the 8 years I've been using them, and none were their fault, yet they quickly resolved them.

Cons

The replenishment notice comes and they take the money the next day, which has caused me problems a few times. We never know when it's going to hit and how much. I'd rather have a set amount or at least a week notice before it comes out of the bank.

Very convenient, easy payments, wide coverage, helpful customer service. Option for Pre Pass is a plus.

Pros

Convenient, vast range of toll roads, user friendly dashboard, detailed toll charge and statemens. Professional and friendly customer service.

Cons

The Toll Calculator could be simplified. The length, width, height of the vehicle is in inches only which is a minus. Might be better to be able to chose a specific toll road and see the prices for the entry-exit track.

Best Pass provides excellent customer service and again, the site is very user-friendly. Great customer service reigns when all else fails!

Pros

The Best Pass site is very user friendly. Pulling reports is very easy as well and we like that we can add/remove vehicles ourselves without a lot of emails going back and forth!

Cons

I would have to say the only thing that we feel that could be improved upon are the transponders themselves. All of the transponders are huge. In addition, because they are huge and we have so many facilities, we have to pay a substantial amount in UPS fees to get them where they need to go. We would love either a sticker-type transponder or to go with an App-based toll system tied in to our ELDs.

I would say it is positive and I love it overall for it's nice designed dashboard and customer service. However, I would really want the bestbass to figure out the battery issue and it's "b" number.

Pros

I loved a lot in best pass including: Customer service , user friendly dashboard. If I have any issue or concern the customer service is always quick and very patient. They are very kind people !

Cons

The battery dies very often and I have to replace them time to time and other times the device is just breaks down.Also, the sticker which shows "b" number always gets faded which makes extremely difficult to recognize the device when you have fleet of trucks.

Regarding your battery, the average life span is between 2-5 years depending on usage and general weather in the area of usage. In such cases, when the battery runs out, the transponder may be returned to Bestpass and it will be replaced. We haven’t had an issue with the stickers, but our product team promises to investigate this as well. Thanks so much for taking the time to share this information!

Great! I mean from the moment I took the account over it has been nothing but growth and success. \[sensitive content hidden\], has to be one of the best in the business!

Pros

The level of commitment to help their customers succeed is phenomenal. As well as the amount of time they take to make sure we understand the industry, is amazing.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about the company. I mean the worst thing I've had to deal with is maybe waiting to hear back from customer service. but that is probably because they want to make sure we receive the correct answer. And that as okay with us.

our drivers love it and as for the website usage it is very easy to use and I can pull my own reports and make changes myself very easily and all the reports are very informative and their customer service is great to work with and very quick at answering questions

Pros

the website is very friendly and easy to use. I love the reports they send and how quick they are to help with questions. Also their sales people work with you all the way thru to get your passes and get set up.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons at this time. there really is nothing that we do not like right now.
