They offer an easy to use software whilst maintaining a honest price. The lack of having to mail for updates and having live updates on their platform makes our work way easier. In a second you know which trucks has been assigned and at what time they would arrive. Cons The only thing I can think of is that we still have to mail in some cases. For me there lies an opportunity in making communication in the dashboard more easy and reliable. Offering one platform which does it all! Pros Het is zeer eenvoudig in gebruik. Je kunt je vaste routes met een paar klikken regelen en wordt door middel van je mail continu op de hoogte gehouden van de status van je zending. Cons Het zou fijn zijn als er een gebruiksaanwijzing ( in het Nederlands) was, van hoe je bepaalde schermen aan kan passen naar je eigen wensen. The same for the tenders that come from the platform. Also, some tenders have various lanes and it isn't possible to reject the full tender, it only allows to reject lane by lane, which is extremely hard work and not practical at all.
