It can be hard to figure out how / why one of the custom bots isnt working.

It used to work pretty well, but the longer I have it, the less it follows the instructions I have given it. What it does is unpredictable, despite providing clear and specific instructions. I’m probably going to cancel it soon if there isn’t a noticeable improvement. The recordings, despite the phone being right next to me, are pure gibberish and don’t accurately reflect a conversation. For medical SOAP notes, I can’t trust the accuracy. It will leave out important conversational points and add in what it thinks should have been said. The app freezes, won’t open, or becomes magnified to the point I can’t touch the button to turn it off. And customer service either doesn’t answer or just says to watch a tutorial video that doesn’t address the problems.

Pros

That it is customizable. I can make my SOAP note template look the way I want it to.

Cons

It’s not consistent in its delivery. It does not follow instructions at least 50% of the time.
