Pros I have been a customer since day one and have been closely involved in the development of its functionality. It is still surprising how fast it adopts to new business requirements. I think there is no other product that has such an extensive API. Pros Newton is extremely flexible and user-friendly. It covers all aspects of entity management, including shareholder register, structure charts, different kinds of boards, compliance tracking, documents, bank accounts, financial information, and much more. Cons With more than 5000 entities, certain reports become a bit slow, but still acceptable.
