Pros

SurveyBox helps us check employee wellness without being intrusive. The AI detects emotional tone from open comments, making it easier to understand how people actually feel. The system is accurate and simple enough for managers to use with little training.

Cons

At first, the dashboard felt a little busy. After customizing the layout, it became much easier to read and navigate.

My overall experience has been excellent. Surveybox saves me time, looks professional to respondents, and gives me reliable data I can actually use for decision-making. It’s been a great addition to our toolkit, and the support team is responsive whenever we need help.

Pros

Surveybox is extremely easy to use and intuitive. I really like how quickly I can set up surveys, share them, and start collecting responses without any steep learning curve. The templates and customization options make it flexible enough for different use cases, and the reports page give clear insights at a glance.

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to pick one, I’d say I would love to see even more advanced integrations with third-party tools in the future. But overall, nothing has been a real blocker.
