What I liked least was the lack of integration with European job boards (Indeed, XING), but as I understand it, that’s temporary.

It has been great. Once I learned how to use Megan effectively she changed my hiring process for the better.

Pros

As a one person hiring team having Mega's AI assistant megan was invaluable. She was able to streamline my hiring process by only putting qualified candidates in front of me saving me time and money.

Cons

Since it is a new product it is not as feature complete as more established products, but the team is moving fast to adding new features every day.

It has transformed our hiring workflow. From resume screening to post-interview analysis, the process feels smoother, faster, and more intelligent. It’s especially useful for frontline or high-volume recruitment. After the initial setup, our team relied on it daily—and with confidence.

Pros

The AI assistant “Megan” is the standout feature—screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and summarizing conversations without me lifting a finger. It saves hours of manual work each week and the integration with our calendar system is seamless. The interview insights are surprisingly accurate and help guide hiring decisions faster.

Cons

Some of the analytics dashboards could use more customization options. While the insights are great, I’d love to tailor the metrics or reports more to our internal KPIs without needing to export data.

It makes my daily tasks easier, and I can monitor my wages and expenses. It facilitates communication when I have to let my boss know if I need to take a leave of absence. It keeps me informed about changes to my organization and helps me keep track of who I report to. provides a list of tasks to assist me in onboarding new team members.

Pros

Mega HR reduces the hassle created by numerous other apps and services while meeting all of my demands in a seamless and effective manner. notifies me of my leaves and the number of pending sick days I have left, plus it helps me maintain records of my calendars and paystub. The effort required is decreased via straightforward integration and onboarding and has ingrained itself into my daily routine as the first thing I open in the morning.

Cons

Mega should put in place a chatbot that would assist me in resolving my problems by speaking with an agent. Responds to my questions more interactively.

Mega HR has made it possible to work smarter, not harder. Numerous processes inside our firm have been made more efficient by it. We are now able to exchange data throughout our organization thanks to Google's integration. Tracking approvals in the work flow process has also been made easier by the inbox.

Pros

In all honesty, this tool has made the process of preparing forms much easier for me. The time and effort required to create something that appeared professional, especially without having extensive design or programming experience, caused us to squander a lot of time. However, I can now develop forms that are not only useful but also appear professional and appealing using just drag-and-drop components. I can find templates for almost anything I need, including surveys, event diaries, and contact and follow-up forms.

Cons

I've observed that the responsive design occasionally falls short of my standards. Forms may not always fit properly on mobile devices, even while they look fantastic on desktops. This could be an issue if a significant percentage of my audience uses their phones to access the forms. I intend to make this better in next releases.

Really impressed on how much their AI (Megan) can do by just asking. Really clean design for the ATS and bring able to ask Megan, to help with recruiting with no issues. Feels kinda crazy to have her helping but she has done everything we asked so we keep finding new things for her to do.

Pros

Mega has saved me a lot of time. What I like most is that Megan helps schedule candidates for interviews and takes notes on calls. I can go back to her whenever and ask about a candidate

Cons

I'd like to group my tasks in different ways so I can have them in a custom order for my own housekeeping.
