Meine allgemeine Erfahrung mit osapiens war sehr positiv. Sowohl der erste Kontakt als auch die Projektmanager haben einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck gemacht. Ich habe mich von Anfang an verstanden gefühlt, und es wirkte so, als käme das Team aus großen Projekten und hätte solche Implementierungen schon viele Male erfolgreich begleitet.

Pros

Am besten gefällt mir die hohe Flexibilität des Systems. Der osapiens HUB for Maintenance lässt sich sehr frei konfigurieren, sodass wir Berechtigungen und Rollen genau auf unsere verschiedenen Teammitglieder abstimmen können. Besonders hilfreich ist auch die automatische Kommunikation: Sobald ein Auftrag einem Techniker zugewiesen wird, erhält dieser direkt eine Push-Benachrichtigung auf seinem mobilen Gerät und kann sofort mit der Arbeit beginnen. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist die automatische Dokumentation. Nachdem der Techniker die Checkliste abgearbeitet hat, erstellt das System automatisch einen Bericht, der zusammenfasst, wie lange gearbeitet wurde und welche Tätigkeiten durchgeführt wurden. Diese Berichte lassen sich später sehr einfach für Audits oder Nachweise verwenden.

Cons

Am wenigsten gefällt mir aktuell, dass sich das Dashboard auf dem Homescreen noch nicht frei konfigurieren lässt. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man selbst bestimmen könnte, welche Informationen oder Kennzahlen dort angezeigt werden, um die Oberfläche stärker an die eigenen Arbeitsabläufe und Prioritäten anzupassen.

Working with osapiens has been a positive experience for our business. Their innovative solutions and exceptional support have not only met but exceeded our expectations, paving the way for a successful partnership.

Pros

Generally intuitive and customizable: Navigation and setups are straightforward and super easy. The implementation is “plug-and-play,” with seamless integration into existing SAP systems. User adoption is rapid, and all users have provided positive reviews. We have rolled out at 35+ plants and 1500+ users, and an easy roll-out managed by the internal team.

Cons

A few features, such as data export and visualization, need improvement. Overall, the release timeline needs improvement.
