C’est fiable, assez souple pour s’adapter à différents contextes, et le support répond quand on a besoin. On le recommande quand un client a des besoins autour des formulaires ou de la génération de documents. Pros Ce qu’on apprécie surtout, c’est que ça s’intègre bien dans ce que nos clients ont déjà en place, sans tout casser. On peut personnaliser les documents et les formulaires assez finement, et l’API nous permet de brancher l’outil sur leurs systèmes existants sans galérer. La génération de documents et la signature nous font gagner pas mal de temps sur des projets où avant on jonglait entre plusieurs prestataires. Cons Il y a un petit temps d’adaptation au début, surtout sur la partie templates. La doc pourrait être un peu plus fournie sur certains cas. Rien de grave, mais ça vaut le coup de le savoir.
