Since I don't use it on a daily basis, I need reminders and hand-holding sometimes to navigate around the database. The help desk can be helpful.

Pros

Comprehensive and updated regularly. I like the overview reports which can be linked to interactive dataset on Morningstar Direct.

Cons

Too many data fields. No data catalog available offline so that I can share with some data users who don't have access to the database directly.
