Inagent permite programar agentes virtuales, modificarlos y ajustarlos según las necesidades de la operación, lo que otorga flexibilidad y control. Además, ofrece supervisión en tiempo real para identificar oportunidades de mejora en las interacciones y cuenta con herramientas de reportería que facilitan la visualización del flujo de conversaciones mediante texto o gráficas. A esto se suma un análisis sentimental integrado, que ayuda a comprender mejor el estado de ánimo de los clientes y a tomar decisiones más acertadas para optimizar la experiencia de servicio.

Cons

Se require de un guión y una base de conocimiento bien detallada y estructurada para que Inagent sea lo más preciso posible en sus respuestas

Es versátil en la configuración y permite realizar cambios de manera rápida. la interfaz es muy intuitiva

Cons

Muy poco, es un buen producto orientado a la experiencia del cliente. tal vez mejoraría la interface para permitir programar los bots en lenguajes o instrucciones.

Buscamos una solución de agente virtual para reducir las llamadas de servicio al cliente y que las preguntas frecuentes fueran contestadas por el agente virtual, de esta manera dedicar a los agentes a gestiones de recuperación y ventas.

Pros

La facilidad para manejarlo y entrenarlo, no es necesario esperar al proveedor para hacer modificaciones

Cons

Al principio se debe entender bien como "Entrenar" el agente virtual para evitar errores, luego es fácil la gestión

Mi experiencia general con la herramienta ha sido satisfactoria, ya que hasta el momento cumple con las expectativas de negocio planteadas, mostrando un desempeño alineado con los objetivos y requerimientos que se buscaban en la evaluación.

Pros

Lo que más me agradó del software es la gran facilidad que ofrece para la creación y despliegue de agentes virtuales, permitiendo que el proceso sea rápido, intuitivo y accesible, además de la posibilidad de utilizar prompts en un lenguaje muy cercano al humano, lo cual facilita de manera notable la definición del comportamiento y de las respuestas que el Agente Virtual brinda a los usuarios que interactúan a través del canal.

Cons

Por el momento no he concluido con la exploración completa de todas las funcionalidades que ofrece la herramienta; sin embargo, hasta donde he podido revisar, considero que cumple de manera adecuada con las expectativas de negocio planteadas, sin haber encontrado limitaciones relevantes en esta etapa de la evaluación.
